"Pretty smooth experience, no hassle"
A buddy put me onto elavate, so I gave it a shot, it was chill. The site was easy to use, and I didn’t have to go digging all over the place to figure stuff out. I had one quick question, and support hit me back fast. Everything worked like it was supposed to, so yeah, no complaints here. I’d definitely use them again.

"Got my refund eventually"
The refund process took a bit longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t super clear, honestly. I had to wait around not really knowing what was going on, which was a little annoying. But in the end, I did get my money back, so it worked out.

"No Hassle, No Mix-Ups"
Everything showed up exactly right, which was a relief because I really don’t have the patience to deal with wrong items or back-and-forth fixes. No mix-ups, no issues, just got what I ordered.

"Decent, but I expected a little more"
I was in a hopeful mood when I tried Elavate, it’s alright for the money. Some parts work just fine, but a few things feel kind of basic for what you’re paying. It’s not bad by any means, I just wouldn’t say it feels like an amazing deal either

"Pretty confusing experience"
The communication was unclear. I had to ask the same question a couple of times and still never really got a direct answer. The replies felt short and not all that helpful. The service might be okay, but they could definitely explain things better because it made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be

"Fast shipping, no problems"
I ordered from elavate.com and, i was surprised by how quick the shipping was. My package showed up a couple days earlier than I expected and everything was packed up just fine. I’m always a little wary ordering online because I don’t really trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but luckily I didn’t have to deal with any of that this time. Overall, happy with the order

"Really good selection"
I was impressed with the product selection. There were a lot more options than I expected, and it made it easy to find what I needed. I feel like I’m not the only one who’d appreciate having that many choices, right?

"A little hard to get around"
I used it for a bit, and the navigation felt confusing kind of. I could find things eventually, but not right away, and around the menus I was jumping more than I wanted.

"Bills haven’t been wrong yet"
I’ve looked over a few of my invoices now, and I haven’t seen nothing that didn’t match what I expected. No random extra charges or anything I had to get fixed, so I’m happy with it.

"Really solid quality"
I’m happy with this. The quality feels really good, and it doesn’t have that cheap, rushed feel you sometimes get, which is totally preventable. Overall, it seems well made and worth it.

"Return took longer than it should have"
The return was doable, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Updates were slow, and it felt like the whole thing was handled a bit carelessly. I had to keep checking in instead of being kept in the loop, which was frustrating...

I used elavate.com once and, everything went smoothly. Like, I didn’t notice any weird charges afterward or get hit with a bunch of spam, which is always something I kind of watch out for. They did take a little while to reply, so that was a bit annoying, but overall, yeah, I’d say I trust them based on my experience.

"Arrived okay, but the packaging could’ve been better"
So the order did show up fine, which is the main thing, and thankfully nothing was broken or damaged, but the box was a little crushed when it arrived. I don’t know, for the price I just kind of expected it to be packed a bit more securely. Not a huge deal since everything inside was okay, but it definitely made me a little nervous opening it

"Quick checkout and a little win for my day"
Ordering from elavate.com was smooth. The pages loaded fast, checkout was easy to follow, and I didn’t have to hunt around or click through a bunch of extra steps. "I ordered from elavate.com the other day…"
I ordered from Elevate the other day while I was trying to get a few things sorted before the weekend, and the whole delivery process was really smooth. They sent tracking updates, so I wasn’t just sitting around wondering where the package was, and it showed up right when they said it would. No weird delays or messing around, which I always appreciate because late deliveries can throw off my whole day. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Works fine, but managing it is kind of a hassle"
I used Elevate for a few months the subscription itself worked fine. No major issues there. But trying to manage it was more annoying than it needed to be. I had to click around way too much just to figure out where to update my plan, which got frustrating. Canceling wasn’t exactly difficult, but it also wasn’t super clear, so that could definitely be better. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. Overall, it’s okay, but the whole account management side could really use some work.
